Please can someone help! I switched to ID mobile a week ago now and had nothing but problems! First I couldn’t phone anyone or receive calls and I have rectified this problem myself with no help whatsoever from ID mobile… I changed the contacts from primary to travel. However now I’m unable to send text messages. I have gone through the live chat function which was rubbish, spoken to the complaints team who said they would phone me back but never did. Tried going in store to curry’s and carphone warehouse to be told they couldn’t help as I’d ordered online directly with ID mobile. I keep getting passed from pillar to post. Phoned the complaints team again today and asked for someone to phone me back and no one has again! I’m getting really frustrated as I need my phone for work as I’m a nurse plus you can never speak to a human being it’s all automated! I don’t think I’ve got any other option but to cancel and go with another company!

Have you tried to PM iD support on Facebook (Messenger) or X (formerly Twitter),
FYI, I’ve found iD support through their social media pages much better than Live Chat.
