unable to set up a DD

I have tried in the app and online but each time I try to set up a direct debit it just displays a message saying "oops, something went wrong. Please try again". It does this over and over.

Sorry to hear this, there are some known issues with setting up direct debits in the iD Mobile app/website, we’d recommend ensuring that your details (Name, Address etc) match exactly how they are with your bank.

 

Should issues continue, we’d recommend calling the team on 0800 049 2376 to help with this.
