unable to set up voicemail

I’ve recently switched to ID and I am unable to set up my voicemail. I’ve received text messages stating I’ve got mail. I’ve tried to set up my voicemail by ringing 123 and +447782333123 but both numbers come up as call failed. Can anyone help? The chat bot doesn’t seem to understand what I’m trying to say and there doesn’t seem to be a number I can call to sort this out. 🤷‍♀️

Can you please check that your iD Mobile number is showing correctly in your handset settings?
