unable to update bill cap either through mobile or browser

Hi there ,

 

I am unable to update the bill cap either using the mobile app or using the browser as an error message is displayed asking to try later. This is causing difficulties as I am unable to make  calls to chargeable numbers if the cap is 80% utilised .

Okay @roshanvijay, the “iD Mobile app & My Account online.” forum article suggests if you can’t adjust your bill cap using the ‘new’ iD app, nor the ‘new’ “My iD Account” online, use their online Live Chat service.
