Unable to use ID mobile in house

My wife and I use the same phones (IPhones), both using ID Mobile sim’s. However, whilst mine is fine for both incoming and outgoing calls, my wife is unable to make or receive any calls at all. The only option is for her to WhattsApp to make calls. Away from the house her phone is fine. Help please!

I am getting exactly the same problem, has been happening sporadically for about 3 weeks now.

Seems a bit funny that I have been offered an upgrade and the plan I am on isnt available anymore at the price I am paying
