I lost my phone and have now found it ive tried calling ive tried the chat for days it wont work i cant receive a text in order to log into my account either i dont how how to contact anyone

    Live Chat service is back up to speak to a customer adviser ​@Karen38   

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
