Unblock OTP


Hi, I am not receiving OTP messages from Amazon and they have asked me to contact you to see if you are blocking them. Could you please check if this is the case and if so unblock them so I can receive OTP’s from Amazon.

Have you been able to receive OTP’s before or from different companies?

I would first advise to check that there are no errors with the number with Amazon.

Yes I can receive OTP’s from different companies without issue. Amazon have checked on their side and they say its all setup as it should be and their system is definitely sending the OTP to my phone number.

Did they advise they would pass it to the Community Team?

We can check it out but we would raise a ticket with the Technical Team as the Live Chat would have done.

You can close this as I have disabled OTP from Amazon.
