Hi. I have recently taken out a new contract with sim and handset. DPD tried to deliver a day earlier than expected and have returned the handset to curry’s. I’ve tried to locate it with curry’s but they don’t recognise the order number I have. Today I’ve received a refund from carphone warehouse for my deposit yet I’ve got a bill for my first month of the contract? Does anyone know how I get the phone or what I need to do to sort this out?
