understanding usage

I never use any of my data it’s 500gb a month and over 450 rolls forward each month, somehow I’ve used 990 this month meaning it’s all gone, how do I find out how this has happened?

It’s possible that the rolled-over data has been used first. Rollover data is applied automatically to your usage, so if your total usage exceeds your current month’s allowance plus rollover, it can appear that a large amount has “disappeared.” Unfortunately, once rolled-over data is used, it cannot be restored.

To investigate why your usage shows 990GB this month, I recommend checking the iD Mobile app:

-Open the iD Mobile app.

-Go to ‘Usage’ or ‘My Account’.

-Select ‘Data Usage’ to see a detailed breakdown of your current and rolled-over data.

I have a similar question as I need to view my recent usage of Calls/Texts but I do not see “Usage” anywhere in my account in either the app or the website. I am a pay per month customer, is it different to the above?
