unknown number allegedly called

Hi all, new here. I have returned from holiday and have found I’ve been billed twice for a phone call. I simply did not make the bill says that I called an 020 number which I have since found out is virgin media on two separate days whilst I was in St Lucia.

I am not even a virgin media customer and have no record of this phone call ever having been made, so I really don’t know what to do and how to challenge this any help would be really appreciated. Thanks guys.

You have to pay for incoming calls too when roaming in St Lucia. Check your call logs on your phone for incoming/outgoing calls made during that period. Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @WoodyRAF84

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hi @WoodyRAF84

As mentioned by @MZone above, you’d be charged for calls you receive whilst in Saint Lucia, not just ones you make.

To avoid or limit extra charges in non-inclusive roaming zones, we’d recommend adjusting your bill cap in the iD Mobile app.
