unlimited data 5g: my WiFi is out due to landlord stupidity. any issues or throttle limits with using hotspot for a month? would use about 500gb data

Yes, unlimited data really is unlimited on iD Mobile when you're in the UK, so you can use as much data as you want on one of these plans, with no fair usage restrictions or speed limits. However, when roaming abroad there's a fair usage limit.
