I am paying for unlimited data , calls and texts and yet I keep getting data warnings. I am have poor connection and my phone keeps turing off with no warning.

I can’t help you with the poor connection as I’m having the same issue as you. I also can’t help about the phone turning itself off.

But is the data warning popping up on your phone screen? If so, and I can only base this on an Android phone, have you altered the data warning and data limit on the phone itself. Most tend to set themselves at or around 2GB.

If you too use an Android based phone then maybe look at upping your data warning and data limit.

Is the unlimited data an add-on or is it included in your allowances.

Have you had the handset checked as it sounds like it may be faulty.

The unlimited is my allowances and I don't know how to check my handset
