unlimited data contract BUT app doesn't show how much is being used in the month

Unlimited data contract but app just states "unlimited data" (which I already know) ! How can I find out exactly how much data I've used in the month??

If you take a look at your bills it gives you a breakdown on what you’ve used for the month.

Many thanks. I've now found it on the bills (as you stated) .... if anyone from iD mobile is reading this, it would help IF this information was available directly from app....as I've previously experienced with other "mobile suppliers"!

If you (Tom, Martin?) work for iD mobile, it would be VERY helpful to be able to directly see (on the app) DAILY DATA usage in an 'ongoing manner' rather than finding out (retrospectively) from the bill!

Any chance of this change happening SOON?!

Thanks for your feedback.

We don’t have a daily usage amount that you can view.

However you should be able to view the usage amount within a certain time period via your data/network settings.

I'm not sure what you mean by "via your data/network settings" but I still don't understand why it's so difficult to make such information available via app.

Before I (previously) had a Lebara SIM card and ongoing data information WAS available via their app!

The above mentioned by @Kash may be available in your device’s settings, separate to iD Mobile, it may be worth checking this.

 

Lebara are a different network and have a different app, we’ll feed back the want for this feature.
