Unlimited data in the UK

Hi so I have unlimited data. As long as I'm in the UK does that mean unlimited? I don't have WiFi at home at the moment so I'm having to use my data but I'm worried that there might be a limit I can use.

Okay @Laura Fisher, unlimited means your mobile data is unlimited in the UK - use as much data as you can manage.

As @andewhite has kindly advised, unlimited data means unlimited data in every sense, you can indeed use as much as you want and not run out.

Hi is there any throttling of 5G speeds if you use over a certain amount per month?

All speeds are the fastest available and not limited due to usage.

Log into you IDMobile account via app or web browser on the main screen should give detail of your plan should state data remaining Unlimited . If this is not the case you need to contact an agent via Live Chat and type in the message box To Speak to someone.
