Unlimited Data Loyalty add on

Hi , has anyone else been given the unlimited data loyalty add on ? If so does the unlimited data show in the ID App? When I upgraded I was given the unlimited data loyalty add on instead of the 10gb a month that came with the contract, however my ID mobile app only shows I have 10gb a month, and this is after about 5 weeks of starting my contract that it's still only showing 10gb of data.

Add-ons won’t show on your data allowance.

The allowance will start to be used once you have used your inclusive data allowance.

If you are unable to use your data once the 10GB has finished, please let us know.

I have the same problem , I was told I was getting the add on for Loyalty unlimited data addon when i upgraded and now have ran out of data as the add on has not been added to my account . please can someone contact me . i have all the chat logs that say this was what i was going to be getting and this has not been done .

Hey there ​@Ianmeds, we’re sorry to hear that.

 

The loyalty add-on wouldn’t actually show up on your account, but should be active if you were promised it.

 

If you receive a message to say you’ve ran out of data, this is perfectly normal, and once you run out of data, it’ll switch over to the loyalty add-on, so you won’t be charged extra.

 

However, we can DM you if you like just to double check it’s active?

Can I also ignore the message that says I will be charged per MB ?
