My phone’s locked to iD Mobile. How can I unlock it?
As with most networks, iD Mobile has an unlocking policy to protect us from any potential fraudulent activity. We can unlock your phone if you’ve been with us for more than 6 months, and you don’t have an outstanding balance on your account.
Unlocking is free, and usually takes no more than 3-5 days.

If you phone iD Customer service they should help you (7777 from your iD Mobile or 0333 003 7777 from other phones), you have to use the phone on iD for at least 6 months before you can get it unlocked
