I have an old iPhone SE that is currently locked to ID mobile and i would like to get unlocked. how do i go about doing this?

Hi @tswales

How do you know it is locked? Have you tried another networks SIM in it?
If you look under Settings > General > About and scroll down, there is a “Network Provider Lock” field.
What does it say here on your iPhone? It should say “No SIM restrictions”.
iPhones sold on the iD network are unlocked to any UK network already.
As long as it’s a UK network SIM, it should work. This is as of November 2017 iPhones onwards.
