Unlocking an iPhone 4s

Hi, hope someone can help please. Just purchased an iPhone 4s from e-bay, supposedly unlocked, but locked to iD network. I’ve tried three different network cards and all get the same response. T-mobile, Virgin and Tesco all not supported. Currently has an iD SIM card but this is from the seller. Can somebody help in unlocking please. Thank you. Rob

    Unfortunately, you’ll need to contact the seller and ask them to contact our Live Chat team, and submit a request to unlock the phone.
