Normally my id mobile bill includes how many days until I can upgrade my phone.

That notification has now disappeared with just 3 weeks to go!

Odd, I bought the phone/contract from Currys.

    You can view your upgrade availability date via the ‘my plans’ option in the iD Mobile app.
