Hi, i have a new bank account and have been experiencing trouble updating my new direct debit details in the App and on the website and using the desktop site. I get an error message, please see attached picture..
I have spoken to a person in chat who was able to remove my old direct debit but unable to update my direct debit and told me to do this in the App 🤦♂️.
Is there a workaround for this or is this a glitch? I can see someone else had this issue nearly 2 months ago but no update on whether resolved ?
I am making manual payments until resolved however DD would be a lot easier...
