How do I upgrade to a phone contract

Hi @Williama67. If you’re currently on a SIM only contract, you’ll be able to upgrade to a 24-month phone contract after having your SIM only plan for 6 months or longer.

Your upgrade options can be viewed via the iD Mobile app or your account online.

Alternatively, you can call the sales team to discuss your options. Their number is 0207 1391 397.
