My upgrade is in 2 months time. I've just payed 2 months worth of my contract onto my phone and it won't let me upgrade?

The only way to end the minimum term is end the contract early, and pay termination fee, @Kian Matthews

If you’ve got a 24-month minimum term handset contract, you should be eligible to upgrade once you’re within the final 60-days of your minimum term. 

The ‘new’ iD app and “My iD Account” online services might have scuppered this functionality.

Hey @Kian Matthews,

Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait to your Upgrade Date. When your upgrade is eligible, you can do so in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online.
