Upgrade

I've been with iD for many years now and found the app really easy to use especially doing upgrades but since an update of the app I can not forget the life of me get to upgrade. I know im due I had an email to tell me. I look on website it directs me to log in then comes up with the same useless information on the app and no way to upgrade 🤷

Sorry to hear this, we’re aware of some issues with upgrades not being shown in the iD Mobile app/website when they should, we apologise and are working on a fix.

 

In the meantime, I’d recommend the same as @andewhite by calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397 or even visiting the Carphone Warehouse website, or your local Currys store.

Same here. Since the app update there is no way for me to upgrade. Details of my exisiting contract are no longer available so I don’t know when my current contract expires.  The help centre is now 100% online so there is no-one to talk to, just an AI bot.

How flipping ridiculous how the hell are we supposed to upgrade then?? They are the best and cheapest network around 😡

Maybe just talk to the iD sales team about your upgrade options, on 020 7139 1397 between 9am - 6pm.

While we don’t have any phone numbers for general customer services, we do have the sales team who we would recommend (only) calling for sales related queries.

Just to update I went into my local Currys which has carphone warehouse (didn't realise) and staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful and got my upgrade delivered the next day
