I am an ID customer due an upgrade, the phone I want to upgrade to costs £43pm. However on ID as a new customer, I would only have to pay £39pm. This seems ridiculous, so can I cancel with ID and then join again as a new customer? If yes how long do I have to wait to join?

You may be able to purchase a new plan, however you wouldn’t be able to directly transfer your number from your existing plan to the new one.

 

If you’re not seeing any upgrade offers you’re happy with, we’d recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
