Hi

i have been an id mobile customer with a sim contract for 6 months now. It shows on my ID app that I can upgrade today but I did order a contract phone and the order was canceled

    Have you discussed your upgrade options with the iD Telephone Sales team,  ​@Obaseyo    ? 

    Speak to a sales adviser on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.
