My account says I can not upgrade until January 26 but I’ve been with id mobile for over 10 years

Try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they may be able to help further.

Was last year’s upgrade a 12-month or 24-month minimum term iD contract / plan, ​@jay666?
