Been with ID for 2 years time for an upgrade?

Why is the price for me to upgrade higher than a new customer?

S25 unlimited £35.99 a month £29.99 upfront for new customer 

S25 unlimited £41.99 a month £29.99 upfront

I’d call their Sales Team on 0800 049 0250. Select Option 1. I imagine they’ll be able to price match! 👍
