I currently have a Google Pixel 7 Pro and am wanting to upgrade to a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL.
I am currently in the process of buying a flat and near completion so I do not want any hard credit searches added to my file incase my lender checks before completion.
Can it be confirmed 100% that a hard credit check is NOT conducted of I am to upgrade my phone in the ID Mobile app?

When you upgrade we don’t carry out a credit check.
However it’s essential that you follow the upgrade route via the app and not purchase another contract which would entail a credit check.
