Is this normal for upgrades,ID want £90 more for the phone and £5 a month more than if on a new contract.
Do they really not care about customers? I know I could leave elsewhere and come back to get that deal,but why should we have too?
I don’t get why I pay over £200 more in total than a new customer.
If anyone from ID actually sees this I think I’m going to take all 4 of my accounts elsewhere purely on principle when they each run out. Do better for your customers ID
