upgrade number

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my phone and have found a better deal through carphonewearhouse with id mobile rather than just upgrading straight through id mobile is it possible to do so ?

    Yeah as long as you do an upgrade if you want to keep the same number and stay with iD.

    Not sure it’s possible to get a new deal from Carphone Warehouse (CPW) and keep your existing mobile number, ​@Jack Tobin. 

    A new deal from CPW would most likely come with a new connection to the iD network (i.e. a new mobile number).

    What do CPW say about this?

    Hey there ​@Jack Tobin, if you wish to keep your number, you’d need to order an upgrade via the iD Mobile app/website, when logged in, specifically via the “Upgrades” tab.

     

    Ordering a new plan from elsewhere wouldn’t be an upgrade I’m afraid.
