I have just upgraded my sim only to a phone subscription now. There is an offer for a free watch, but the link doesn't appear to work. Has anyone else had issues, and does this need to go to customer service agents to resolve?

We have a couple of promotions with watches at the moment:

 

Honor 400 Pro

Step 1:
Purchase a Honor 400 Pro, and claim a Honor EarBuds Clip, Watch & Speaker. Promotion runs between 22/05/2025 - 30/06/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 15/08/2025 23:59 at http://www.honor-redemption.co.uk

All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.

If the purchase is returned, ‘Honor EarBuds Clip, Watch & Speaker’ must also be returned.

 

Samsung Galaxy S24 or Samsung Galaxy S24

Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S24 or Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and claim a Samsung Galaxy Watch7 BT. Promotion runs between 25/06/2025 - 29/07/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 28/08/2025 23:59 at www.samsungoffers.claims/Watch7Summer

Having checked, I can see the Samsung link isn’t working, so I will assume it is that link you are referring to. I have flagged this now to be fixed.
