I have just upgraded my sim only to a phone subscription now. There is an offer for a free watch, but the link doesn't appear to work. Has anyone else had issues, and does this need to go to customer service agents to resolve?

Having checked, I can see the Samsung link isn’t working, so I will assume it is that link you are referring to. I have flagged this now to be fixed.
