I was told 24 days ago I could get an upgrade and they gave me some options. I chose the cheapest one and the next day a new phone showed up. I haven't used it yet, partly out of laziness and because the one I have is still fine, but now it's saying I got a new contract when not once did they say that and I have already paid a bill for the new phone which I haven't even used yet.
