My upgrade phone did not arrive and was sent back by dpd. I enquired as my contract was upgraded but no phone.
I was told wait until the 13th August and contract will go back to old one and I could upgrade again.
This did not happen either.
Their happy to charge more for a contract without a phone, when you try and contact customer services they are like ghosts.
Considering just cancelling plan but don't want a bill for the remaining monthly payments. Bur I suppose if they have not fulfilled their end of the contract it's not really a valid contract.
