Hi, i recently upgraded my sons sim only package and was told will get a £50 currys voucher i did it through the ID mobile app but i have recieved nothing, anyone help?

Okay, I’d recommend using the DPD app as they should be able to reschedule your delivery, if they haven’t automatically.

It may be a physical gift card sent by DPD.

A few days ago, but i missed the DPD delivery but i assumed that was just for the sim card which we did not need as it was just an upgrade on an origional contract
