Upgrade sim-only:Why i get offered longer contract with less data and more money.

Hi Guys

i have been wondering why everytime i Log-in to ID i am offered 24mth contract as a upgrade sim-only with 120gb data and unlimited calls/text for £10mth.

My contract is 30days with unlimitd calls/text and 250gb data for £10mth.

I just don’t understand why i would want a 24mth contract for the same money i am paying for a 30 day contract with more data.

Can anyone explain IDs logik behind that upgrade please?

Hey there ​@sdduk2, if you’re unhappy with the upgrade option available and happy with your current contract, then you wouldn’t have to upgrade. Our upgrade offers vary a lot and will change overtime.
