upgrade to sim only

I am told I can upgrade my existing plan and have asked for a sim only plan which I have ordered will my pay monthly plan automatically be cancelled and can I keep my existing number

Did you choose your upgrade while signed-in to the iD app, or your “My iD Account” online, @Ian Quinnell?
