I’m trying to upgrade but every time I try & check out it says I need an Email address onto my account. I obviously already have an email address added onto my account so what’s going on here? 

Perhaps the iD app or “My iD Account” online services aren’t working properly, @MarsPhone

This forum has many topics and posts about issues using the ‘new’ iD self-service applications.
