upgraded to unlimited data

I recently upgraded to unlimited data but received a text to say I was 80% and then got a text to say I had reach 100% and the next day I had another text to say I had reached 80%. 
 

can you please see my account to see if the switch to unlimited has taken in to account. 
 

also can you please check my bills as they seem high for having not switched and not having ‘add-ons’
