I recently just got a new upgrade (pixel 8) which I now wish I got a different versions to the phone u have (pixel 8 pro). How do I go about changing the phone I currently have for the one I want? Also how do I claim my gifts?

Unfortunately we can’t exchange contract handsets as they all have different price plans etc.
If you would like a different handset, you can return the handset and place an order for the correct one.
