On the app I’m offered a new 12 month contract and recommending 50gb a month rather than the 100gb I’m on now. If I upgrade now it’s asking for my financial details but Id already has these. Will the upgrade ( downgrade really) take place now or when my contract expires?

Have you discussed your upgrade options with the iD Telephone Sales team,
