upon inserting the SIM, I am recieving no network.

I just joined iD mobile, and upon inserting the SIM, I am recieving no network and I can not make or recieve any calls or messages. How can I fix this issue?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble getting connected.

 

If this is a brand new SIM, it's possible that it hasn't been activated yet, which would explain why you're unable to connect to the network or make and receive calls and texts.

 

We'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can check the status of the SIM and confirm whether it's active. If it hasn't activated correctly, they'll be able to arrange activation or, if necessary, send out a replacement SIM.
