Can Denroy get in touch please? It’s taken me so long to get this far!!!!

Are all other calls working aside from this one particular number?

What happens when you call and is the number a personal or business line?

Thank you for your message. 
Other numbers appear to be working fine. 07781 is the code for Guernsey mobiles, I have been unable to call friends whilst in Guernsey on their mobile phones.

What happens is I call the mobile, there is a long silence and then there are a few beeps and “call failed” comes up. It is so inconvenient, I can call Guernsey land lines code 01481 no problem. It is numbers with 07781 that is the issue.

Previously I have never had an issue but this all changed about 3 weeks ago. Could you explain what’s happened please? When will this be sorted?
