Urgent help required for my autistic daughter whos sim doesn't work.

Disabled daughter not able to use her new sim (obtained by me and registered under my name) I need personal assistance to solve this urgent problem. She is getting very anxious and upset. Who do I call or speak to.

Thanks for your reply. I really just wanted to find out how to contact the customer advisors. I'll have a go tomorrow. Is there a special number or method of contacting them. Everything seems so difficult these days. Really appreciate your msg.

Unfortunately @Angela Varley, the iD customer advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays. 

Forum members here can’t see customers accounts, to protect customers online privacy and security.

FYI, this iD forum is not a good place for anything you consider to be urgent.

There’s no telephone helpline for iD, @Angela Varley.

The iD Mobile help & support is all online.
