I am still not able to make or receive calls. I can't even send or receive text messages. What is happening.  Can someone look into this urgently please.

Hi, I had a similar problem with a new sim, try this, open settings on your phone, in the search bar type in my number, then scroll down to my number and open it, if there is no number visible, add your number in the empty box, that worked for me.
