usa roaming blocked

I’m in USA and phone blocked as it says I have met a £45 roaming cap.  I have set my cap to £75 and also my account is £20 in credit.  Please rectify

Have you tried restarting your handset?

If you still have issues after increasing your cap you may need to contact our Live Chat Team to have it checked out.

Thanks.  Contacted live chat who made things more complicated.  I had raised my cap to £75 on the app and paid £25 into my account.     However I got a text from ID saying my cap was £45 and the phone was blocked.  

Also, the texts from ID said I can check roaming progress against the cap on the App.  Livechat said that's not the case - I only find out my charges at the end of the month when my bill comes in.

This is totally useless - texts were misleading (wrong cap amount and saying I can track).

I will b leaving ID when back home.
