I have asked a question: Mobile Number hacked on this forum and I received two messages from users of this forum pretending to be ID Mobile staff.

We’re aware of a small subset of users who are impersonating the iD Mobile Team. But this is why the error message is in place. We’re working with our partners at Gainsight for a more suitable long term solution.
