using id mobil app

I’ve just recently joined ID mobile. Iv created an account , I fill in the steps required and it keeps telling me I’m going to be sent a one time password via text but nothing arrives until days later. When I enter the code it says code is expired. Any help would be appreciated

It might be worth trying in off peak times such as Evenings or early Morning. Thanks.
