I'm going on holiday to Mexico how can I use my mobile phone without incurring roaming charges

Hi @Brian Morgan, @WelshPaul is correct here. We only offer free roaming within the EU. Roaming outside of the EU incurs extra charges, per minute, per text, per MB used etc.

It might be worthwhile looking at a local SIM or a travel eSIM if your phone is compatible!

Simply put, you can’t! Buy a local prepaid SIM once you get there.

Or buy one before you go. There’s lots of options for esim bundles if your phone supports it, although I had trouble with some that didn’t work on my phone. A more guaranteed route is to buy a physical sim card and arrange activation before you leave, although those options tend to be more expensive.
