I've been able to use my iD SIM (without any difficulty) in a router (Tenda) whilst on holiday in England but whilst on a skiing holiday in France last week the router failed to show any 'WiFi signal' meaning that I was unable to use as was possible in England. Any ideas, suggestions for an easy fix looking forward to future travel?!

I appreciate all the helpful suggestions & comments but until I now 'go abroad' again, I've no way of trying anything out. However, at least now I'll be better equipped to achieve a successful outcome without "wasting" too much time! 👍So thanks again.🙂

Hey there @JGId, please note, we only officially support the usage of our iD Mobile SIM cards in handset devices, and the handsets approved on our website.Any devices outside of those handsets, we cannot confirm if our SIM cards will work inside or not. Therefore, if the SIM works in the router in the UK, then that’s great, but if it doesn’t abroad, then there’s not much we can advise I’m afraid, as we cannot guarantee it’d have worked in the UK even in the first place, sorry about that.If the issue is with roaming on your handset, then we can troubleshoot further, but if the issue is only with the router, then there’s not much more we can do I’m afraid.Thanks,Tyler
