very low signal

Hi ! I wonder if anyone experienced same issues. With signal, I have a iPhone 15 and since three days ago there is only one bar out of 4 on my 5G .. I can’t use it to connect my  laptop and looks like support network here is not very helpful … what should I do ?

Hi @Della 

 

The area of PE26SJ could get 5G but it looks like it’d be very weak, we’d recommend switching manually to 4G in your device settings.

Taking a look the area of PE26SJ does have some patchy spots around it which could affect this area itself, how long have you had issues here?

 

How is signal in other areas?

Regardless where I am still I don’t have 5G and never more than 2 bars .. currently I have 3G 2 bars signal ..

I also have same issues . 
i am someone who use whatsapp a lot on my way to work and back to speak with family . But it is a real struggle at the moment and it is getting worse everyday. 
i can t afford to get another sim contract and this id contract is until 2026. 
please help .

Have you checked the coverage and network status checker in your area?

I would also advise trying the SIM in a different device or browser.

I live in Se6 2Pg and works in SW1Y5HD . From westminster to Bellingham i have very poor internet. And it is everyday .
